My name is Maria,
I am the founder of zest.
During my visit on the beautiful Greek island of Tinos in 2022, I began delving into the world of wine—learning about winemakers, grape varieties, and everything in between. Every new glass of wine was now added with zest.

The idea of making zest my passion project grew as I registered the invisibility of female winemakers. This fueled my determination to reclaim and redefine the world of wine by creating a platform to foster the visibility and the success of female winemakers—a world of indulgence and pleasure that’s so close to my heart.​
