My name is Maria, I am the founder of zest.
In 2022, on the Greek island of Tinos, I fell deeper into the world of wine – the people behind the bottles, the stories held in each grape, the culture wrapped around every pour. Every new glass of wine was now added with zest.
And once I started looking closely, something became impossible to ignore: how invisible female winemakers still are. This fueled my determination to reclaim and redefine the world of wine by creating a platform to foster the visibility and the success of female winemakers—a world of indulgence and pleasure that’s so close to my heart.
